Join us this year as we celebrate the Route 66 Centennial by changing course - literally! All racers will start in Historic downtown Santa Rosa and head towards Route 66. You'll tour past the old motels and neon signs that make it famous, before heading out toward Puerto de Luna. Half-marathoners will continue along the Pecos River and the red rocks of New Mexico before heading back past the world-famous Blue Hole and finishing up in the downtown square for
post-race festivities.

The Roadrunner Race for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, with 100% of the race proceeds supporting arts programming for local youth. We collaborate with schools to offer additional opportunities for students in both performing and visual arts. While living in a small, remote community has its many benefits, it can also present challenges. By participating in the race, you help provide young people with valuable exposure to a variety of artistic experiences and creative outlets, ensuring they have access to meaningful opportunities for expression.
Santa Rosa is a desert oasis, offering breathtaking views and courses nestled by the water. Whether you're coming with friends or family, make it a weekend to remember. After the race, take a refreshing plunge in the Blue Hole and spend the rest of the day soaking in the beauty and unique charm of our town. We’re excited to see you and share all that Santa Rosa has to offer!
